Over the years the Hemminger Homes expanded and added a supply store with parts for manufactured homes as well as site built homes. These parts include plumbing, electrical, heating, doors, windows, awnings, screen rooms, skirting and much more. Many of these parts can save money for those do it yourself customers as well.

Hemminger Homes now is a complete manufactured housing center which sells HUD code and modular homes. Our services include turn key installations that include excavation, foundation, porches, garages and other site improvements that may be needed to your lot for your convenience.
