Relec

Excellent service - had washing machine fixed within 24 hrs with no hassle at all. Very reasonable call out charge & overall cost of repair was also very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

I called out Relec with a problem with my washing machine, he came round the same day, in the evening, great for me, couldn't fix it there and then so returned the following day, replaced the part and left me with my machine good as new. The great thing is that I was never without my machine and the repair, luckily was small and hopefully i will have a few more years use from the machine. My neighbour and family have recommended him and I would do so also.

It's easy to see why all the shop windows have been kicked in, HATED by the People of Northampton.
An Ignorant & Rude dis-service, the place is an eye saw.
Look out for the creepy kid, employed by the owner to hang around outside, follow you in, creeping around your backside making out he's a customer.
Not content with just over charging customers, an embittered twisted owner wastes your time & wants to play silly games on you.
Avoid this hole, leave them to their self made HELL.

Have used Relec for a fault on our washing machine and also the dyson hoover we have. Fixed no problems. Picked up the washing machine the evening I called, and the dyson was fixed the morning I dropped it off. Excellent, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.

i have used relec for many years and always found the owner Derek Jones to helpful very knowledgeable and very good at his job.as the largest stockist of domestic appliance spares in the east midlands, he has been trading for over 30 years.so cant be doing to much wrong ,i think the people of northampton are very lucky,

Absolutely agree with other reviewer, didn't turn up and no phone call to apologise or reschedule. I'm all for supporting our local businesses but this is impossible if the owner is as unreliable and uncaring as this. Unbelievable really, you would think he would want a good reputation in Northampton, he's certainly not going the right way about it, what a shame......CUSTOMER BEWARE-STEER CLEAR AND GIVE RELEC A VERY WIDE BERTH!!!!!

No phone call to apologise.
only works on his terms as he can't say a time (probably as has no intension of keeping the appointments)
Has number calling identification in the shop so ignores you when you call, if you do get through someone else will answer, put you on hold and then eventually hang up. have informed them of my post, will update this with their response.
