After the first package was lost by Royal Mail (not MS Electrical's fault) I was very pleased that the second one arrived promptly as promised. The company kept in touch during the awkward period whist we waited for the post office to declare the original lost. Well done and thank-you to Mauro at MS Electrical!

I was promptly sent exactly what I ordered, and the goods (a replacement remote control) arrived in perfect condition. Polite and friendly staff went out of their way to ensure that all of my enquires were dealt with in a professional manner. I would definitely purchase goods from MS electrical again.

I was very impressed with MS Electrical. Through no fault of theirs, the first package was lost in the Royal Mail system. MS electrical then sent a replacement one without delay once the prescribed period had elapsed. There was great customer relations to do this.

I needed motor brushes for a 29 yr old washing machine. I found MS Electrical via Google and was amazed to find the brushes advertised with dimensions etc. enabling me to positively identify the items. I ordered one morning online and recieved the spares next post. Brilliant service J.H.

Great service from a "family run small business". I needed a specific electrical part which I had difficulty in finding or even identifying on the internet. After contacting MS Electrical via their website I got an immediate reply from Mauro, who was extremely helpful and even added a picture of the part with dimensions (onto his store website)so that I could validate if if was indeed the item i was trying to source. Top class service !!!!

The title suggests all that business does is to do with electrics, but when website is visited the product range is never ending. Business seems to have a few online linked businesses. Check out website yourself to see the huge range of products.

I find this shop a refreshing alternative to the usual 'retail outlet' branch of so-called high street names. A proper village shop. I understand they sell online too, but as one of their neighbours, it's simply on my doorstep. They may struggle to compete with direct (online) prices, but are nevertheless reasonable. Plus, you don't have to contend with poorly motivated 'sales' staff - only genuinely helpful people. - CG
