Thanks for the last comment left by 4 anson rd longsight, as you are aware after the conversation i had with you about one of your staff cancelling the job on the morning of the installation due to the maintenance guy not being around, i said i would try and squeeze it in before xmas but couldnt promise you but after you rang back complaining i did offer to arrange again of which your response was dont bother, sorry for the misunderstanding but maybe all staff need to be informed of chganges.You must appreciate this is the busiest time of year and to rearrange just before xmas can cause problems.

This is the most unprofessional company we have ever had the misfortune to deal with and never to meet!!

We twice arranged for them to visit our house and twice they have not turned up. When we chased them about the job they twice accused us and lied to us that someone had phoned up and cancelled the job. Pure lies! There is only 4 of us and none of us cancelled they job. Total liars!!

I had two guys from Aerial-Tek round to my house yesterday to fit me a external tv aerial due to the poor reception i was having with the aerial i had in the loft. Firstly they arrived within the time frame that was arranged and carried out the work efficiently. The aerial they fitted looks of good quality and has been fitted neatly, they also made sure everything was working as it should before they left, and charged me the quoted price. I would use them again in the future or recommend to friends and family.

As i explained to you on 7 october i had arranged to come back to your house on the 10th oct as not been working for 2 weeks due to a bereavement and also that i was instructed by your builder as you were on holiday at the time to replace the aerial like for like which we did and checked the tvs upstairs as instructed again by your builder and all was fine no mention of a kitchen aerial but as this took 6 months to come light just seems as its an after thought you didnt reply back to my text yesterday stating we are coming to you on 10th so still hangs in the balance
We are not responsible for all the internal wiring and if we are also not told exactly what you require at the end you need tio work i cant work blind feel free to ring me back

Very disappointing after-service, never returned to solve issues when aerial didn't work, never replies to texts despite promising he would come back and sort it.

Prompt service. Pleasant team. Simple pricing - all clear upfront. Signwritten van. Fitted modern
32 element compact antenna and cabling to 3 rooms- nice job. Recommended as a no fuss
tradesman.

The engineers offered a reasonable price for the job described to them over the phone. They turned up at the arranged time and quickly carried out a very good job.
Our installation was not really straight forward (lots of crawling around in the loft) but the engineers carried out the job very well.
In addition they offered further advice to improve the overall job.

Thanks to Andy and Ian for sorting my reception issues out for my satellite after numerous failed attempts from sky and two other independent installers to relocate the dish to a hard to reach chimney and rewire it, I now have a perfect signal for the first time in 18 months so all is good
Highly recommended just keep them topped up with tea and coffee though

Dreadful: Arranged to come round, waited in, no call, didn't turn up. Sent texts simply asking if he was coming/ waht happened.. No reply. Called again, I said Hi and explained who I was and he actually put the phone down on me. At this point I gave up. I am staggered that anyone would treat his customers in such a manner. Missing appointments can happen and we all make mistakes but for me this is inexcusable and unprofessional.

The guys came to see us this morning, bang on time, as arranged by email.

They were really quick & helpful & identified that we didnt need a really expensive new ariel, just a new booster at a third of the cost!

Just a quick comment with regards to Anon of Darwen looks like we suffer from misunderstandings with what I said yes I took your number down wrong but I did attend your property at the said on Tuesday, I had one conversation with you on Tuesday when you arrived back home and picked up my card and I said I would come on Friday morning and that I would ring u now I had your correct number and I would come early but you did also state that it didn't matter as long as I rang you as you worked ten minutes away from home,sorry if there was a misunderstanding about the time .

Absolute dyre service ...first was meant t come on Tuesday but he 'wrote our number down wrong' and just left a card through the door .. When we rang him back he said he would call us back with another date by 6pm ... 25 to 7 we had t call him for a time ... He told us he would be here at 8am this morning and yet I am still sat here waiting!!!! No phone call or anything!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I contacted Andy @ Aerial –Tek when planning a multi-room installation.

First things first ... where else can you text a skilled tradesman & he calls you back right away? (nice touch dude). Secondly, his prices are also really reasonable & he is clearly very knowledgeable.

Being no stranger to electrics, I had a look @ the web site & got some great information from it. This was enhanced further when I spoke to Andy personally.

I have seriously never come across such an easy-going tradesman who is willing to help in any way he can!

I would have no hesitation in using Andy in the future (& may have to if the project goes T**s – Up on me).

Spoke to Andy as I had a TV problem, and was good enough to write a report to send to the TV company to prove that the LG Telly was poor, and needed a much stronger signal that most others, and when I asked Andy to come and fit new aerial, he told me he would be there at 08:00 in the morning, and it was spot on when he got to me, gave me a lot of advice and all at no extra charge.

Spoke to Andy and discussed our requirements with him for a 4 room aerial mulipoint installation in the Manchester area he quoted over the fone and booked the installation for 2 days later, turned up as discussed at 8am and the installation was neat and tidy and completed by 10 am,

Ariel Tek took the worry out of finding a competent installer who would not rip you off. Andy provided a first class service. He was informative and explained what he intended to do. We had a new aerial installed to service three rooms bedroom/lounge/kitchen. Very neat and tidy job. Would definetly recommend to family and friends.

Have used their services twice now (believe me when I say that they have to be good to be invited back again!) & would recommend using for any aerial installation - my neighbours & family have used them also. A quick & professional job done at a reasonable price.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy but i would like to say that 20 promises of callouts was a slight exageration 3 by my account and each one was late afternoon appointments, and the last time we spoke was the thursday before easter bank holiday which i spent 2 hrs in a jam on the M6.
The installation which i carried out for you still works in the bedroom as this was done correctly, your problem is the kitchen which was carried out by someone else and used the existing cable in the wall which i explained to you was no good as there were multiple joins in it and the 9 volt tv link supply struggles to get through and the best option would be a re-cable which you declined due to the fact of the cable route which couldnt be hidden across your tiled kitchen floor, all i did was supply a tv eye for £20.00 as your other was broken the other cost are for the working tv link and cable its on your receipt. I will get someone to contact you local to come out and again try and fix it

Andy came out and did an initially excellent job but the installation has stopped working and we have had 20 promises of call out to have a look and fix.My wife waited in (taking time of work)on five separate occassions and on each occassion despite phone conversations on the day he did not turn up.
Don't be taken in by the assurances on after sales service.
We are going elsewhere and sending him the bill.If he doesn't pay a summons will follow.

When I 'phoned AERIAL-TEK I was given a time-slot for the job , and a clear indication of the cost. The fitter arrived within the time -slot, he got on with the job quickly, neatly and effectively. Promised to do my 3 room multi-room aerial fitting in time for Christmas. Came as promised and on time at 8:00 despite the drizzly weather. Very polite, honest and professional. Did a first class job which was completed by 10:30. I would highly recommend them.

Sorry to here that you had a problem with pete regarding your plasma installtion but as pete does not work for me i had passed his number on to you as i was too busy at the time to do myself, that will be the last time i forward any work to anyone else.

I mailed Andy with my request, He arranged to come out on a Saturday morning, Said he would be here for 08:00, he was here at exactly 08:00.
He did a 1st class job, Very polite and professional. I would recomend him to any one who requires the services of a Arial/Satalite Technician.

Prompt, quick and excellent job.
I live in Parbold where the winter hill signal is hit and miss depending on where you actually live.
Andy came and sorted everthing out, and i now have all the freeview channels i need.
He also quoted spot on ,and explained what might needed to be done before he came.

Spoke to Andy on Friday afternoon and arranged to be at my house for 10.00pm Monday. Arrived dead on time to access whether I could get Freeview (as it can be a bit 'Hit & Miss' in the Rossendale Valley). He confirmed I could get it and he did the job there & then. Very knowledgeable & professional and at a very fair price.

You can see all the charges up front on his web page, i had a full install, new aerial, four rooms complete with all leads and fittings with NO hidden extras, he even upgraded my aerial for no extra charge.
