In August 2005, partly because my children wanted a quad bike for Christmas and partly to satisfy my own interest in the world of importing, I began investigating the possibility of importing quad bikes into the UK. After considerable research into brands, quality, prices and availability I settled on the Kazuma brand of quad bike. Initially, and as a newcomer to the business, I imported in November 2005 48 Kazuma Meerkat 50cc Child's Quad bikes. In the run up to Christmas 2005 and the few months after I sold all but 3, these having been stripped down to meet the demand for spare parts from existing Kazuma owners.

Now, with a new delivery company in place and building on my initial success with both a wider range of quad bikes in stock and using established UK based companies to fulfill any parts orders, I am confident that BrightonKazuma can continue to grow into a sustainable business.
