DR. E.A. BEAN - (OPTOMETRIST)

Went in to the Vision Center a day ahead of time to confirm if appt needed for eye exam & was told no, & that the dr is there until 7pm & accepts walk ins up to a few min before 7pm. Said exam takes only 10-15 min. I come back next day @6:30 & am told by opt tech Bobbie that they already took last customer & that they don't take customers after 6:30. I shared this info w/vision center employee who said they've never known that to be the case, so I called the exam office ph# & asked who I would voice my complaint to because there is obviously a lack of communication between offices...and she went smoothe off on me telling me that she doesn't have time for this and there are plenty of other eye doctors I can see and she hung up on me!!!

Their office looked like it belonged on the tv show 'hoarders', sutff everywhere - you could hardly move around. I went in for a contact lens prescription, after paying they said I would have to come back in a week to do a follow up then they would give me the script. I don't think so! I argued with them, they finally gave it to me. Then I go to place an order online for my contacts and a fax number for the dr is required, so I call their office to ask for the number and guess what? No working fax and the lady was rude about it. I suggest finding a different doctor. I will not be back!
