They obviously don't pay attention to reviews

multiple emails, no response. poor review on your own site, no response. I've tried everything I can to get in touch and it seems that nobody is available. Can't say it's bad customer service, there's actually NO customer service.

I have repeatedly emailed brownbook about my listings, only to receive an automated message. It's been well over the 48 hrs. they try to respond in and there is no phone number listed. Very aggravating, hope to hear something soon

I have previously left a "Poor" review as I had been unable to drag & drop in the editing function. I am now more than happy to revise my rating as Andy at Brownbook has gone out of his way and bent over backwards to resolve what appears to have been a very complicated problem, stemming from Internet Explorer 8, not Brownbook itself. Thank you Andy, great job, and I'm now very happy with our IKD KITCHENS profile!

Cannot customise/drag n drop my page. Have contacted Brownbook 4 times in one week for help, but only get an automated email reply when a response is promised within 48 hours. It's not good enough; very disappointed, hope to have news soon.
