Unfortunately, this office can be very poor in their behaviour towards unemployed people - most of the advisors seem to have the attitude that if you are claiming benefits you are automatically a lazy scrounger.
They also tend to lose letters (even those handed in at the desk) and medical certificates.
On a positive note, the people on the front desk and security staff are very cheerful, friendly and helpful. If these people can demonstrate good customer service, why can't the rest of the office? |
