Mostly expensive replacement is unnecessary however  and we are able to reassure the client that they now have clean gutters and the gutters are fully operational.

If your home is 3 or more floors we use the Omnipole Guttervac system. This is a system that is used from the ground and enables us to reach and clean gutters that are up to 50 feet or 4 stories. Again we also check the downpipe is clear and if need be we clear that. The Omni Guttervac system is used by many if not all professional gutter cleaning companies as it is a safe way to ensure gutters are clear and clean but negates the need to provide expensive equipment such as a cherry picker or scaffolding.

As an additional service to cleaning we are often asked to give a picture or video report. On high properties this is useful as it is the best and most economical way of finding out if the gutters need any repairs. Often the report shows all is well and therefore expensive scaffolding or cherry pickers are once again avoided. Please ask us if you require this service.
