I am Chris of Lancaster Painting Company. I must apologize that our web sit is under some major reconstruction. The new site offers the latest in customer blogging, daily photos and a Q & A section for all you DIY'rs. It will be up in hopefully 2 weeks. I am pretty sure I maxed out the brownbook page so no more video and I may have to swap old great pics for the new ones. If you saw a picture and its not here anymore please don't hesitate to call the office and leave a message and email and I will send it right over at the end of the day. I appreciate your patience. Have an awesome day!

I am happy to say that LPC will have its first employee in about 2 months. I have been asked lots of times, "..why don't you have a crew?" My answer to that is simple. I have always been the painter and never the owner. Since I was unemployed as an Industrial Painter my wife and I opened this company and I was scared about everything. Billing, Insurance, State, Labor Regs., Banks, Credit. And my wife came to me and said, "..thats my problem and there really isn't any worries because you (thats me!) have absolutly no doubts about your work." God I love her! The perspective she puts in me mind. So you see people, when you get Lancaster Painting Company, you get personalized quality from the owner of the company. To me this isn't a job; Its a canvas to make art or preserve the art thats been made. Sounds corny but I studied art in college. See you on site!!! Have a great day!!!!!
Who likes to paint and put up wallpaper?
Lancaster Painting Company does! You want a premium job, with quality workmanship and materials on your schedule, within your budget - we understand that and can deliver what you want! In fact, we won't accept your final payment until your satisfaction has been achieved.
These two pictures below is an addition built by Perron Construction and was painted by Quality Paint and Paper & Lancaster Painting Company. Quality and LPC are associate partners. The two of us worked along side Matt and Jeff of Perron and made one heck of a kitchen. I tip my hat to you guys. Good work. I have more pictures but I maxed this page. I will do what I can to squeeze more pics in later.
This townhouse is over 170 years old. Back in those days the carpenters used a special mud and horse hair combo to make the plaster walls. Years and years later the previous owners put 3/8 sheet rock over the existing walls and sooner or later there was water damage to the point where all the loose mud and hair plaster had to be removed, cleaned, primed, lathed, masoned and at last plastered. It was awesome to see the workmanship and little relics from within the wall as I did my work. I tip my hat to you.
This is my best friends house that he bought last year. When I was unemployed I needed to use my head and hands because watching TV and eating pizza wasn't doing it for me. So I volunteered my services to keep myself busy and transformed his house to what you see now. It is still a work in progress but I remember Kevin came to me and said "Good work." I turned around and looked at him and said "No it isn't..... Its Gods work."
This is just one of the many clouds I sprayed on ceilings of saunas, childrens rooms and others. Many different styles. Depending where the sun rises or sets to where your window is I can make it look like that in your room. You are invited to see my sons room if you are interested. Photos do no justice. Have any questions or wanna see it call the office or email me at Chris@LancasterPaintingCompany.com

This is a beautiful house in the Manheim School district and they are going to have the whole interior repainted to the colors they have always wanted. There is a little prep involved like filling in holes and sanding the walls for extra measure to rid the burrs. The pictures below are of the front bedroom and I have to admit I do one heck of a good job cutting lines against the trim. Nice and beautiful. There will be more pictures as time moves on so come back tomorrow and the bedrooms will be done. One may have a border. We shall find out. Take care!!!

This Denver Pa. house has not been stained for about 7 years. This is a perfect example of how powerful the sun is when it comes to fading and the deterioration of the siding without a sealant. I admit I was sadly mistaken on the gallons needed. But persistence and another 3 gallons finished the house in 2 man days. The power wash and sealant with material and GREAT QUALITY... under $900.00.
Jim Hallman brought me in on this project and I was the only person on site. I finished this job ahead of schedule and Jim was very appreciative. I like this guy. He has a good company and he knows the business and gives great quality finishes. Have any questions you can email me at Chris@LancasterPaintingCompany.com or get Jim at JimHallmanPainting.Com
This is a family room of a North East Philadelphia house. There were 2 people doing this job and finished in 1 day. I know several techniques to give a certain design. A lot of this is a secret of mine including the material but I love doing this kinda stuff. Have any questions call or email me at Chris@LancasterPaintingCompany.com
People! The weather is getting worse everyday. Is your deck ready for the cold winter? Look at the House in Denver and see how it looks before and after. Your deck is the same way. If your deck is around the size you see below on average you will spend about $250.00 for everything. Yes EVERYTHING. I use SW Deckscapes and I get every gallon for under $29. And if you want clear?!?! How is $24 a gallon. I just tried to find the retail price of them and I can't find it. To my knowledge it is between $37 - $40 a gallon. There is an array of colors and you can have solid or semi- transparent. I have info if you want it. If your passing a Sherwin Williams store; stop in and ask for Deckscapes brochure and give me a call. Oh! One more thing.. No money down. Talk to you soon.
