Scene Change uses theatrical techniques and drama to help motivate and challenge your workforce, to highlight behavioural issues and to train and develop their skills.

Our vision is to

Through forum theatre and role-play we assist public and private companies to create a healthy working environment in line with pending legislation and government initiatives.

In 2007 Scene Change was approached to roll out and develop the Coaching Squared programme after a successful pilot between Ministry of Justice and PwC in 2005. So far over 300 participants from 22 major public and private organisations have been involved.

Scene Change Creative Consultants Ltd was set up in 2004 and has since expanded into a thriving community of writers, directors, actors and facilitators providing bespoke, interactive training throughout the UK and Europe.
