I joined Slimming World as a member in March 2005. One year later having lost 4 stone 6lb to reach my chosen target, I decided that I wanted to help as many people as possible to experience for themselves the same fantastic changes to their lives. So in March I became a Consultant with Slimming World and opened my first group in Hove.
Now in 2009 I have two double groups in Patcham. We meet on Thursdays at 9.30am, 11.15am, 5.15pm and 7.00pm. Everyone is really friendly, we have amazing weight losses and just as importantly we have fun.
Slimming World really is the most effective, flexible, healthy eating plan that there is. Just a few changes to the way you plan, shop and cook is all that is needed. I cook and eat all the usual family favourite meals that the whole family enjoy - roasts, shepherd's pie, currys, egg and chips to name a few.
