The aim of my treatments is to help people to deal with their physical, mental and emotional problems. The therapies I offer, individually or combined, stimulate the inner healing processes at a deep level and leave you with a feeling of tranquillity and well being.

I believe stress is one of the major factors in causing illness so I aspire to give my clients a space where they can deeply relax and let go of the stresses of life, and have that special Me time.

These therapies individualy or in conjunction can address many conditions.

My practice is based in Brighton, which is easily accessible from Hove, Shoreham, Lewes, Hassocks, Newhaven and the surrounding Sussex area.

Home visits are available if required.
