Adhara Therapy Centre is a small, privately-owned and managed Therapy Centre where you will be given very specialized and personalized attention by Qualified Therapists, each with more than 10 years experience. Truly a Haven of Peace set in the heart of Hove, we offer a Spiritual Space where you will fell safe and relaxed. Soothing music, low lights and a warm, friendly and peaceful atmosphere, where the Healing Energies will enfold you immediately you enter.

The Therapies we offer are Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Reiki. Our Resident Therapists work in a Spiritual Healing Energy at all times and therefore the Therapies we offer always work through Mind, Body and Spirit.

Physical ailments can usually be traced back to an underlying emotional or psychological disharmony and can, at times, even be related to past lives/karmic conditions which are being expressed in this lifetime.

The Adhara centre was originally created and set up by a Spiritual Teacher of 36 years standing who has a long history of Creating Sacred Space and Space Clearing. If, therefore, the Therapist is at any time unsure of the underlying condition – and ALWAYS ONLY WITH THE EXPRESS PERMISSION OF THE CLIENT – the Therapist will seek advice from the Spiritual Teacher.

On the second and fourth Wednesday of each month we hold afternoon Clinic where Therapies are offered at the reduced Fee of £10. Per half-hour.

For Teachers and Therapists who are seeking a beautiful space in which to work or hold Group Meetings/Teachings we make available the space of the entire Centre. We would be happy to discuss your requirements.
