So what do we really do here at Nice Place Lettings?
We allow landlords to create a detailed advert (or profile) of their property that they can then advertise on our website at a significant cost saving to conventional methods of finding a tenant. To further help our landlords, we are also building up an easy to digest, step-by-step guide to letting out a property in this fast moving market.
Tenants looking to rent in the Brighton and Hove and East Sussex areas can view all these adverts and can then make an informed shortlist of properties and then contact the landlord directly. This can save a small fortune in admin fees when money is tight at a critical time!
So what makes Nice Place Lettings different?
The way that we have constructed our adverts allows prospective tenants to view comprehensive information about each property.
Imagine the following scenario ...
You and your partner are looking to rent a property somewhere in Brighton or Hove so you start your first search on the internet. There are lots of websites with property to rent in Hove and you look at the details of about four that you like. You need to know if bills are included, how much is the council tax, does it have central heating, can you park, does it have internet access etc etc? The trouble is, most of these adverts only give minimal information.
The most common way to find out this information is to contact the agent directly. That's where the fun starts! All too often you will have to go to their offices and register with them before you can get any details. That's a real nuisance when we have such busy lives. Now you've got the information on your chosen properties, you go home and discuss things. Very often during these discussions someone is bound to say, "Oh dear, we forgot to ask about .....".
It's now late, so you have to wait until the next day to phone up the letting agent.
As soon as you choose a property you will almost certainly be asked for money for a holding deposit, (which you'll probably lose if you fail the credit checks or withdraw), and admin fees for credit checks etc and the deposit and the first month's rent (at least) in advance. This all adds up to a lot of money to find all at once!
There is a way to avoid all this hassle ....
The smart way to rent!
