Really impressed with service I received on Saturday 31 October. The staff there were really honest and helpful when I went in with a puncture - they could have told me the tyre needed replacing - I wouldn't have known; but they showed me exactly where the nail had punctured it and explained how safe it was to repair the tyre because of the position of the puncture. I spoke to 3 young men there, all of whom were so polite and helpful. One ot them was Craig - don't know the other names. They repaired the tyre very quickly and guaranteed the repair for the tyre's lifetime (good as I only bought it in January). The service I received on the phone was also extremely good. The young men looked smart and professional. I will definitely go back to that Kwik Fit if necessary.
