TACC Support: Computer Repair

TACC support is the best! They've helped me with 2 computers- one a software/data recovery issue and the other a hardware problem, and managed to do both quickly and affordably. In fact, my friend ad written off having her computer repaired because the quote from others was so high, and TACC Support fixed it for less than half!

Everyone is incredibly nice and professional and in spite of other clients, always seemed to show urgency with completing my work. I always felt they were on top of each project. They also offered suggestions for cost-effectively handling each problem (i.e. using my student discount to get software more cheaply rather than paying full retail price).

They seemed to really care about my business an wanted to help me with both my problems and each computer turned out great. I will definitely go back and recommend them to anyone.
