The Pampered Puppy

We are very happy with the service at The Pampered Puppy. We have been bringing Hayley here for many years and she is always happy when she leaves and looks great.The groomers always listen to our cutting requests and Hayley always looks amazing (and super cute with bows in her ears). We have told our friends about the service and quality of The Pampered Puppy. 5's all the way around from us!!

I am happy that our travels have brought us to The Pampered Puppy!! While Tuq has a loving home now, he didn't come from a great place. Because of that, he has been a nervous, untrusting dog. Also, his experiences with his last groomer were not good as he would be physically ill for the week following. Now that he is a "Pampered Puppy", he is so much more relaxed and happy.

We would like to rate you a 10 on all counts. Our Ruby will be turning 6 years old this month. We visited two different groomers near our home when she was ready for her first grooming as a baby and had TERRIBLE experiences. We were so happy to find you, recommended by a friend of a friend. It’s worth the drive from Mill Woods to bring Ruby to see Michelle. And as anxious as she is, she always comes away from The Pampered Puppy a very happy girl. Thank you for taking care of our very special girl!

We absolutely love the Pampered Puppy. Our experience has been wonderful. Tasha looks amazing when we pick her up. The staff all seem so friendly. I recommend the Pampered Puppy to my friends and anyone looking for a groomer.

I am very happy with Rocky’s grooming and he doesn’t seem to mind going in and that is a big indication to me that you are caring for him. Our overall experience would be rated a 10.

Heather and I really appreciate the service level we received at the Pampered Puppy. Unfortunately we moved to the far south side of Edmonton and dropping off Vienna would be too much out of the way. However we do recommend the Pampered Puppy to all our friends and family.

We brought our dog in last Wednesday to be groomed and I just wanted to say what a great job you did and how much we appreciated that you kept her during the day while I was at work and the little cookies. We will definitely be bringing Chili back and recommending you to other people.

Now that he is a "Pampered Puppy", he is so much more relaxed and happy. He hasn't bitten or urinated on his groomer (that I have heard). And he comes home from being groomed thinking he's a pretty handsome guy! I like the idea of him not being in a kennel while waiting to be groomed. It makes a more relaxing time for him! I know that he has been groomed by Sharon and Stefani. They are both amazing groomers and have given him the very best cuts he has ever had. So, thank you. He goes to daycare, understands that word and on several occasions has gotten up at 4 a.m. to wait by the door in case its time to go. He has come such a long way...he is rarely nervous now! Thank You all for loving him and treating him well!

Staff and management have always gone the extra mile to accommodate us. We really appreciate their efforts. It is important to us for Chloe to have her daycare days that give her a break from being home alone. We are always pleased with her grooming. Chloe certainly never hesitates to run out and jump in the truck on daycare days………………
