This is a brilliant service, the website makes it easy to explain your problem and provides simple steps along the way. I sent my broken ipod to the address provided and it was fixed that same day, I received emails to let me know the status of the repair throughout the day which gave me peace of mind and it was returned to me the next morning as good as new! I would definitely recommend this quick, simple and very efficient service to anyone.

This company was fantastic. It fixed my iPod at a very reasonable price, compared with Apple itself, and the turnaround was very quick. My iPod was returned to me by next-day delivery the day the company received it, and so I only had to be apart from it for one full day. I would definitely recommend this company.

I first learned what was wrong with my Ipod when I nearly bought new headphones from John Lewis, their own headphones guided me as to what the problem was. I then heard about this website through the local company that JL recommended but who were no longer fixing Ipods. UKIpdorepairs has a very user friendly site and I quickly identified my own Ipod, its fault and what it would cost to repair it. Paying the amount, only £30, through Paypal I posted it on the same day, Wednesday, was told it had been received on the Thursday and amazingly I had it back again, special delivery, on the Friday am. Safely packaged and fully repaired, the £30 had included their postal back to me! John Lewis now have their card on their customer notice board and I can't recommend them enough.

First class service, I sent my ipod for repair on the Monday and I was regularly updated on the repair (hard drive change) and it was back with me by Thu am.

iPod was repaired and dispatched the same day as it was recieved and I got it back the very next day. Emailed me regularly to keep me up to date and repair was excellent. Great service! No hidden charges either!

Originally bought an ipod at John Lewis and following accidental damage to its screen they sent it back on my behalf to Apple.They kept it for two weeks and then returned it saying that there would be a charge for the repair. I knew this!!

A truly fantastic service provided with outstanding communication and clear instructions coupled with very fair pricing. Absolutely amazing service. Posted the ipod on the thursday morning, received an email on friday morning to let me know it had been received, then I got an email in the afternoon to let me know it was fixed and then later in the afternoon it was dispatched. Got the ipod back on saturday morning. Ipod is now fully functioning. Much cheaper than replacing the ipod, I would definitely recommend this service.

The service UKIPOD repairs provide is second to none. I sent my water damaged Ipod to be repaired and was emailed when it was received by them when it was repaired and when it had been dispatched back, the whole thing took 48 hours. Do not hesitate to use this company.

I sent my daughters ipod with a broken screen, Thursday lunchtime. I was rather nervous as I hadn't had personal experience of the company. I had four emails giving me progress reports of each stage such as receipt, assessmnet etc and then I received it back on the Saturday morning, registered post. Excellent job. daughter over the moon, her words were "it's like brand new". Highly recommend the company and would definitely use again.

Ukipodrepairs over exceeded my expectations my iPod touch with massively damaged screen was sent away the the Thursday afternoon, I recieved a text saying it had been recieved the Friday and by the afternoon another text saying it had been dispatched. This itself was fantastic but then to receive it on the Saturday morning... Phenomenal. Highly recommend for customer service fast friendly service.

Unfortunately I recently dropped my I-Pod whilst at the gym. I found the details of UK I-Pod Repairs on the web and gave them a call to see if they could replace the shattered glass. The lady confirmed it could be done and to go via the website to arrange the repair.
I sent the I-Pod off on Thursday, on Friday I received 3 emails, 1 to confirm the I-Pod had arrived, the 2nd to advise that it was being worked on and finally a 3rd to say that the work was complete and it was being sent out in Fridays post.
The I-Pod arrived on Saturday morning in perfect condition.
I think the service that I received was absolutely fantastic.

UKIPODREPAIRS: communications were fantastic, I received an email to confirm they had received my iPod device the day after i sent, i was also allowed to send to them in an unassembled state, I then received another email later that same day, to confirm what the fault was with my Ipod this was after one of their Technicians had carried out a Diagnostic Check on the Ipod, it gives great reassurance to people to get prompt notifications of what is happening in the repair cycle, very well done for offering such a reliable service!!!

The website is really easy to navigate and the process is simple.

Really great service. Process for specifying the repair and dispatch is really simple, very good communication confirming my iPod had arrived and best of all a positive diagnosis and repair all at a perfectly reasonable price. I now have my lovely black 5th Gen iPod back with new life breathed into it and this means I don't have to have to battle with the evil that is itunes!

Ipod Classic Repair: There are a few dodgy looking websites. UKIPODREPAIRS website was clear, reasonable cost to estimate and offered PayPal for secure payments. Within 2 days of shipping the unit to them it was back repaired. The costs was on the high side of good but you get what you pay for!

Amazingly efficient. Turn around speed is lightening on my daughter's ipod cracked screen. Stops all the nagging. This is the second time it has been repaired and both times have been excellent service.

An excellent service and a very quick turnaround. I sent my iPod for repair on Saturday and it was back the following Wednesday and that was over a bank holiday weekend! It arrived well packaged and looked as good as new after replacing the smashed screen. Ukipodrepairs got my 13 year old girls iPod Tuesday morning. Repaired it Tuesday morning and sent it back Tuesday afternoon. Just waiting for royal mail now. I dare any one to beat that service.

Once I had been given their business card at an Apple shop, I rang them for a repair.

The website was easy to use and I was able to diagnose the fault, so I knew how much it would cost to repair.

Once it was sent off I received Emails to say it had been received, and 15 mins later another saying it had been repaired.

I then got it back the next day, although all my songs were deleted, it took about an hour to load them back on from my Laptop.

I found their service wonderful, and they have the neatest REPAIR SONG they put on the iPod when returning it.

I would recomend them any time, I like many others was tempted just to buy a new one, I'm glad I didn't.

My daughter had a broken Ipad screen and I was pretty desperate. This company were written up in ‘Time Out’ and how pleased I was that I contacted them. I can't speak too highly about them.

You start with an efficient reception staff who are professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Once you decide to have a repair they keep customers updated in a sensible and timely way with emails. They are also quick! – A two day turnaround in my case- And much better value than the company (we all know who!) Who make these products and are really not very keen to service them. They also repair rather than throw your machine away and give you a new or refurb – much better if you have 3G and personal stuff music etc on your machine . If you have a broken screen or similar problem this is where to go.

This company provides possibly the highest service standards that I have ever received. I was employed in the wholesale and retail footwear trade at management level for 50 years as well as the financial services industry at management level for 40 years and I can say that the service standards provided by this company astounded me. If there was an industry award for such provision then they should receive this. I posted my damaged iPod by Royal Mail Special Delivery at 1650 hrs on Thursday 26 April 2012 and received an e-mail from them confirming receipt of same at 0946 hrs on Friday 27 April 2012 followed by further e-mails at 1046 hrs confirming the repair had been carried out and at 1647hrs confirming item despatched back to me. The repaired iPod was received before noon on Saturday 28 April 2012. I defy any company to beat this record, particularly within the IT industry, which is renowned for its generally apalling service standards - VERY WELL DONE !!!!! Andrew Munro

160 gig iPod classic. Amazing service, received an e-mail saying they had received it and one the same day another e-mail saying that they had fixed it and sent it back to me. Home to home 3 days in total. I'm so impressed that I've sent them my iPhone 4S as it's quicker and costs the same after the excess on my phone insurance. Who needs phone insurance with these prices and service?

Broke the screen on my new ipad. I sent it to UKipodrepairs on Tuesday and have received it back 36 hours later looking like new. They emailed in the morning to say it had arrived, they emailed later to say it was being repaired, they let me know when it was ready and when it had been dispatched. Great communication and great service.

A truly amazing service received with a 3 day turn round which included me posting item (day 1) to it being delivered back by the postman (day 3). Three progress emails received on day 2 as to the item having been received, then repaired and then dispatched. A completely fantastic experience of service for what had been a dire situation eg. 14 year old son breaking iPod and having to be surgically detached from it for repair, thus leaving me with grumpy teenager! This has been the fastest and most efficient service I have ever received, especially in this day and age where the computer often says "No"! Would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.
