My Hawaiian Tarot/HazelMoon's Hawaiian Tarot

This card deck is simply wonderful - beautiful drawings, artistic value :) I recommend it to anyone who likes unique things :)

Simple deck to interpret if you're a first timer or don't get into all the complicated types of readings. You can however if you want to look online! I like to shuffle my deck and pick out a card and read about it. Love the artwork and layout. Love the Israel Kamakawiwo'ole references and the tarot culture combined with Hawaii, might start a whole new subculture, who knows!

I live in Hawaii, and when I came across this deck in a local shop, I was instantly transfixed. When I found out the artwork was hand painted for the deck in Hawaii, I contacted Katalin through her website, http://myhawaiiantarot.com/, to find out more and suprise, turns out we were living in the same community. I was a little worried at first about how clear, concise, and comprehensive they would be when compared to the Rider Waite deck. My worries evaporated, however, as soon as I opened the box and saw the card that is usually my Significator Card, The Fool, sitting on top of the deck. I saw immediately how translatable they are to other decks, and in a reading, they are compatible with just about any standard spread that may be used. I love them! Thanks very much Katalin, for bringing the Mana of ancient and modern Hawaiian Culture into a beautiful rendition of the Tarot which truly captures the Spiritualism and Aloha of Hawaii!

Wonderful tarot card deck filled with colorful pictures of various symbols of Hawaii. Been getting alot of compliments from alot of folks in regards to this deck.

HazelMoon's Hawaiian Tarot is the MOST unique Tarot deck, I ever owned. This deck in one of many that I use on an ongoing basis. I love the artwork; Katalin has created a wonderful product that integrates Tarot with Hawaiian sacred images. Her art expresses Hawaiian sprituality in a unique and universal way. I am honored to count her among my friends.

What a wonderful new approach to the ancient european divination called tarot. This set isa fresh and fun artistic work and the companion book helps to tie the two worlds together. Let's face it, old Kamehameha the great was intruiged by european culture and took what he felt was the best of it and now we have those two worlds coming together again to lend guildence. Aloha and the old arts make for powerful mojo. I like the Evil one representing industrial pollution and the death of grand beasts. The connotations to the importance of whaling and the destruction of the land and air was a complex spin I liked. I might like one of these images made into a larger giclee print. Aloha.

Love this new deck. My favorite card is the: DEATH.
