We are a well established company based in Manchester who have for nearly 10 years operated from our Retail shop and offices on Chorley Road, supplying both trade and domestic customers.

By having a busy Trade counter and well equipped showroom, we are able to maintain a self sufficient supply of stock which in turn benefits our customer. Our office is manned six days a week by knowledgeable and friendly staff who are able to offer help and advice on the latest industry products and techniques.

We have a small fleet of new, well maintained vehicles manned by fully trained, uniformed staff who are CRB checked and wear their Identification Badges at all times.

Our staff and Engineers are members of the CAI and thus work to strict industry guidelines. Training and certification in CSCS ‘Safe Working at Heights’ is compulsory and all our engineers carry and use full fall arrest equipment and personal protective equipment including high visibility clothing, helmets, boots and Safety Eye Wear as specified.

As well as CAI Membership, our Engineers are Government Registered Digital Installers (RDI) and have appropriate NVQ qualifications in Electrical and Electronic Servicing. Vision N.W. are proud to be recommended by Digital UK as approved ‘switchover’ partners.

We are fully insured and carry appropriate Public Liability Insurance.
