Great, that's all I can say. The springs on our overhead door broke & I went online, searching by location. this garage door company wasn't too far, so gave them a call. Spoke w/Sean and he got John to come over that same morning. John had the parts on his truck & was in & out promptly. This guy really knew his stuff. He mentioned that the springs should be lubricated once a month. (The original garage installer never mentioned that!) Sean said the price would be less than $---, and it was. No surprises. Yes, 5 stars.

Found Sean’s service on internet, he made it to the appointment quickly (on short notice) and outfitted my door in no time. He also guaranteed the door for 2 years. I'd use him again and was happy with the service.

Very great work!! provided fantastic service at a fair price. They came within two hours of my call, and installed a new opener and serviced my door. We couldn't be happier with their service and professionalism. Their 5 stars were well deserved.

I just got off the phone with John. He called to apologize and find out what he can do to make things right. It took alot of stones to do that and I respect him for it. 9.9 times out of 10 business don't give a damn when they F up, but clearly John does. He admitted fault, apologized, and wanted to make things right. Heck, he even offered the door for free but services were rendered, and I didn't write the review looking for a handout. So I upped my rating to 4 stars... Maybe the 2 was a little harsh, but I was damn sick of manually opening my garage door with my scrawny arms. Kudos to John for having the stones to be a good business man. Hopefully I won't need him in the future, but I will reco him to friends.
