Had ADN in to solve a problem with bed bugs and was really impressed with the results and their standard of work. Great company and very helpful staff.

Since using ADN our mouse problem has got significantly worse. Their staff completely failed to spot a large hole that the mice were using to get into the apartment as shown in photo. Their service is unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I have several properties in London in my portfolio and needed pest control for mice, found ADN Pest Control using Google. The service I recieved was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending them, I found the staff to be very helpful and informative

I have several properties in London that I rent out and have used ADN Pest Control on numerous occasions and found the service to be great the girls on the phones were polite and the technicians to be competent and proffesional, I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I run a 51 room hotel which much to my horror had bed bugs,i employed adn pest control,and their response was with in an hour,and they treated and totally eradicated the problem within days,i found their technicians helpful,knowledgeable and friendly.They were superb and value for money and recommend them to anyone.

We used this company for mouse control.They used poisoned oats in open flimsy plastic trays - I have two babies in the house. The mice didn't touch it anyway. On the phone the guy tried to tell me that mice will no longer go into closed traps (!) and he ended up hanging up on me. Do not waste your money with these people!

There is a problem with this company!Somebody came to our house to get rid of bedbugs and we paid the full amount of £138 and they gave us a 3 month guarantee and said they will come back after 10 days,but surprise nobody came and when we try to call nobody answers!Be careful,my advise is not to use them!Where should we call to fix this?

We have the same problem with the bedbugs. Someone came round last Tuesday and took full payment giving us a 3 month guarantee. We have been calling for a whole week on 3 different numbers - initially being put through to Orange answerphones but recently having the phones just ring away. Who can help? This is really not acceptable.

Came to get rid of bed bugs, paid for 2 visits, never came back for 2nd visit as arranged, been trying to contact for past 4 days, no answer and I still have the bed bugs and 138 pounds down! Do not use this company.

They sent someone to get rid of bedbugs and promised to return 2 or 3 times and gave us a 3 month guarantee. We paid in full with the promise of their return. We have been ringing for 5 days with no answer. Who should we report this to?

They sent someone who arrived on time and tried to kill wasp nest. Promised to come back without further charge if needed. Nest was still there so they promised someone would come the next day -no-one turned up and can't get hold of anyone. Either goes to Orange answerphone or just rings. Not impressed
