Extensive refurbishment work has taken place, and the £450,000 investment was completed in October 2018. This included a brand new gym filled with 42 stations of top of the range Technogym™ equipment as well as a new studio with sprung floor and feature lighting.

With an extensive weekly programme of more than 20 fitness classes including Pilates, Circuits and Group Cycle, alongside a 25m six lane swimming pool, and a successful Better Swim School catering for children of all ages and abilities, there really is something for everyone at Better, Helston Sports Centre.
