I was in an antecedent this past wed. where the person ran the red
light and hit my CRV and flipped it. I don't care what anyone says
about Lyons, the man that helped me was the best. The cops were going
to leave me in the car hanging upside down and he made them take me
out be for the paramedics got to the seen. I was upside down in the
car and I don't know for how long. He got me to come out of the car
when the cops were not. I was told he helped my mom find me and after
took care of my belongings. The next day when we went to get pics of
the car he was there and helped us get all the things from it and took
care of everything. He found the rest of my cell with does not work
anymore and all of my business things. He was the best person there
and I believe that he saved me. Thank you so much!

I was delighted with the service and workmanship provided by Lyons Auto Body Ltd in Mississauga and would not hesitate to recommmend them. We were rear ended Xmas Eve and Lyons was recommended by our dealership for repairs. They provided a quote, took us in when we wanted and returned the car exactly when they said. The staff at Lyons is extremely courteous and pleasant and was always available to answer any questions I had. In particular I received outstanding service from Mr. John Lyons. Without his assurances and guidance I doubt this experience would have gone as smoothly as it did.

The treatment by the staff proved to be professional and made the process a lot easier. Once I got my car back, the staff explained what they had done to my car, which had been completely clean in and outside. They also gave me a Lifetime Warranty on the repairs which I greatly appreciate.

I do hope to never be involved in another collision but if it does happen, my request will be to have my vehicle taken to Lyons Auto Body Ltd.

I wish to bring to your attention the service I received from Lyons Auto Body Ltd. When I brought my vehicle for repair. Mr. Kelvin Diep and the staff at the from office were professional in the manner they dealt with me with their complete one stop service model.
When I was called to pick-up my vehicle, they were equally attentive to my needs. My car had been completely cleaned and the staff explained the repairs so I could understand what they had done. I was reassured by their written warranty and they even replaced a light bulb which was not part of the repairs.
I also wish to thank you for suggested this body shop and my satisfaction with their work.

Mr. Lyons, I would like to take this opportunity to let you know of the recent outstanding job performance of one of your employees.

On Monday, January 10, 2011, I was in a terrible car accident where I was hit by a transport truck. Fortunately, quick to arrive at the scene was a Lyons tow truck driven by a young man named Nelson who, in the middle of a busy highway, did everything right - he swiftly got me to safety, took care of my smashed up car, spoke with the police officer and took me to the Collision Reporting Centre where he very politely and patiently waited while I went through the process there. Nelson was extremely professional, kind and helpful to me through the very overwhelming ordeal.

Clearly a tow truck operator has a tough job to do, often under very dangerous conditions. I’m just one person Nelson has helped, but I’m sure I speak for many about his conscientious service. It is appreciated.

I accicendentally locked my keys in the ignition of my car while trying to get the stroller out of the trunk. My three year old son who requires a Tracheostomy to breathe was locked in the backseat, secure in his carseat. I had no spare key to get into the car so I immediately called 911 for help. I had a difficult time describing where I was calling from, I was frantic and street signs were not in my view.All I could tell the 911 operator that I was in front of Bou-Clair. I was telling the lady stores that were around me, The fire dept could not find where I was. A tow truck came into the parking lot quickly after hearing over the scanners the situation that was taking place. He without hesitation opened my car in less then 30 seconds it seemed.I cried and thanked him over and over He gave me a comforting hug, And interacted with my son who was somewhat upset and also happens to be very fascinated with tow trucks!

Fabulous job done on my ford explorer. Customer service was 2nd to none. Thank you.

People who care and take pride in what they do, are the exception to the rule. I'm glad the words "LYons Auto Body" are visible. It's your reward for your stubborn refusal to accept second best

I was blown away at how professional and courteous everyone was. I had my car reinspected at the dealer and they asked me where it was damaged. That says it all.
