Charlie's Cheesecake Works was founded in San Jose, California in 2002, to produce a line of top quality all natural cheesecakes. From just one hotel and one restaurant our customer list has expanded to over 35 hotels, restaurants and coffee houses in the greater San Francisco Bay area. We start with our special All Natural Real California Cream Cheese, add in top quality IQF fruits, our own real vanilla, (made in house), and the finest chocolates, to create the finest cheesecakes around. Our commitment is to meet or exceed our customer’s expectation for a delicious quality cheesecake at a reasonable price. If you are not 100% satisfied with our Cheesecakes, you may return the unused portion for a refund or replacement, no questions asked.
