Cross Country was awesome. They priced our move very fairly and devoted 100% No damage at all. Just hard working guys!

They are worth very single penny. Cross Country did a wonderful job while moving us a long distance. They at the beginning gave me a very reasonable onsite estimate and then served us really well. The 4 men team showed up on time, did the packing and loading without any problems and managed to deliver all our valuables within the allotted time and in the same condition. We could not have been happier!

My husband and I were very pleased with the job Cross Country did. We both work so much that we would never have had time to pack up and move. They did it for us and the whole process took about three days. We definitely would use them next time we move and would utilize their full packing services again.

Booking with Cross Country was a breeze. They had any time that I needed and any day. I was in a condo and they had no issues using the stairs and the elevator. I had no idea what I was doing when I moved from DC to NYC.  I googled movers and I read a blog that recommended a few movers including Cross Country movers.  I sent a bunch of emails and Cross Country Movers was the first to get back to me.  They walked me through all of the furtniture I thought I may move, how many boxes I may have, and gave me an estimate. They were spot on. The move was flawless and they really made it a breeze!

They did a really good job for us on our move. They packed most everything and made the job so much easier. Nothing broke or got stolen either. I would use them again and tell my friends and family about them.

With cross country moves comes a ton of stress. Those stresses were relieved by Cross Country's certified staff. When picking up and dropping off my household goods they took tremendous care with our valuable items. One of the most stressful aspects of moving is unpacking and the movers unboxed our items and removed the trash. Their prices are remarkably affordable for the quality of work provided.

We had to move on short notice. Like a weeks time. Most people couldn't do it, but Cross Country did. They Scheduled our time and didn't jack up the price due to no notice. They did a solid for us and we are very thankful!

I was very happy with Cross Country. They called two days ahead to confirm the time, and were accurate in their estimate of what time the movers would arrive. The packers were excellent! They put blankets on your furniture then shrink wrap it. That is all furniture! They took real good care of my stuff that I could see because it was placed in storage. They stayed in contact from start to finish they did not complain about anything and were very polite! I would recommend them to anyone! They work their butt off and made this move smooth.

We were moving about 20 miles and our realtor recommended Cross Country Movers to us. The moving coordinator who assisted us was very professional and very well-organized. He worked around us rather than we working around him. It had been an excellent experience. The actual moving crew came in on a Wednesday and they packed everything up. We had a couple of cases made and we took apart a table and they packed the rest of the table for us. Then, they loaded it and delivered it that day.

The crew and staff at Cross Country movers were smart and efficient movers that followed my instructions and asked questions when needed. Their initial estimate was spot on with what I ended up paying. They also offered to recycle some larger items for a nominal fee, which I readily took advantage of (did not want to figure out how to recycle an old box spring). The end cost came to what I would expect to pay with other companies. When comparing costs, keep in mind that other companies often charge additional transport fees and have smaller sized crews so the work takes longer. Overall very satisfied and will be recommending them to friends and family.

What a pleasure it was working with Cross Country Moving. I do not take time to leave reviews however I wanted to thank them for being there when I needed them most (which was always)!! I’ve always been nervous about using moving companies and always did it my own way by renting a truck and taking a few days off of work. However, with a family in tow this was not an option and we needed to be packed up, moved, and unpacked in our new home as soon as possible. The price was decent enough and my moving date was organized in 30 minutes max. After we went over everything I was moving of course. Our movers did a good job and arrived on time for our pickup. The moving went as about as well as it could have gone - and all our stuff was delivered in our delivery window we had set up prior. They did a great job.

These guys are wonderful. They worked very hard to make me happy and kept all of my things safe. The move was about 300 miles, so a lot could have gone wrong. Luckily everything was A ok!

We moved from MI to AL because of my husband’s job. My experience went really well with Cross Country's service team, so I went with them. The head of the moving crew was excellent and so was his partner. They did a very good job packing up the truck. It took two weeks for us to get our possessions which was exactly what we had been told up front. We were quite satisfied.

DONT NOT TRUST THEM!!!! I repeat BAD COMPANY. This company has been very poor from Day one .first received a call from Juan a senior moving consultant I was originally quoted about $500 dollars less and once the movers arrive was told I had more belongings when Juan originally told me I didn’t have enough and added things to my itinerary. my belongings arrived 10 days late after i called several times this move was from atlanta to st louis. I was supposed to be issued a credit for the quote change and never did. My items came chest missing a leg, nightstand missing two, metal Scratches in the paint, and missing my entire footboard and rails to my gorgeous upholstered bed that cost me good money, my prized possession. I was told to fill out a CSI claim and was offered only $192 for all items i mentioned above.

We used Cross Country and literally booked them 4 days before our move. We used some other company and they had to change the pickup date on us. That would have been after our closing and would not have worked. Prodigy didn't jack up the price because it was on short notice. They were fair and reassured us that everything would be ok. We were so thankful for them and would surely use them again.

I had to move from New Jersey to Maryland a couple of months ago and I had these guys do the job for me. The team arrived in a timely manner, covered everything and put it on the truck. We used Cross Country about two weeks ago. They did a good job. They were ten minutes late on the pickup, but still managed to load the truck and hit the road on schedule. Our things were stored for.a few days and then delivered to our new place. We didn’t have any losses and no major damage to mention. Everything went well and we will use them again..

These guys really rocked. Customer service was A+ all the way. I had a small move within state, but they really made it a breeze. I was on the third floor and some of my things didn't fit in the elevator. They worked really hard and got the job done. I'd use them again and refer my friends to them.

We had to relocate to Fl and used Cross Country. We filled out a form online and quickly became bombarded with calls. They were the most informative and took a lot of time with us. They were able to give us an estimate so long as we accurately gave them an inventory. We ran a few boxes over and were charged extra, but they told us in advance that this could happen. We were given a pickup and delivery window, which they fell within. They were a little late arriving for delivery, but only thirty minutes or so. Satisfied in general.

I have never moved before and even though my wife has, I was still nervous. we were moving out of state and had a lot of fragile things to move. Everything was handled very cautiously. We had forgotten a nightstand on our estimate, so the price went up around 50 dollars, but it was understandable. They were on time and very professional. We would use them again.

We just moved to Miami and my wife signed us up with Cross Country. They did an amazing job. Everything was handled so carefully and nothing got broken. They gave us a great price and everyone was really nice. They set our new place up and it almost looked like a model home.

I've had an overall very positive experience with Cross Country Movers.The moving advisor was very professional, help and went above and beyond for me. They did their best to give me an affordable and budget friendly quote for my move to my new home in Atlanta. They were very careful and gentle with all of my fragile items. The customer service was very detailed and oriented and did a brilliant job addressing all of my concerns as well.

We just finished our move with Cross Country and were pleased with every part of the move. They were easy to deal with and there were no issues. Great price and great service. Also, they were punctual.

They were alate on our delivery by a little over an hour and there was a small scuff to the bottom of a nightstand. They refunded me a little money to make up for the issues, which was very nice. I would still use them again though.
