Dr. Joelle Osias, board certified from 2002-2013, is a gynecology and aesthetics specialist practicing at ForeViva Medical Clinique in Menlo Park, Palo Alto, California. Dr. Osias has over two decades of experience as a medical doctor, entrepreneur, researcher, and creator of novel medical devices and therapies. Highly experienced and educated, Dr. Osias holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Tufts University in Massachusetts, a Master’s degree in Management Sciences from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a Master’s degree from the Stanford University School of Medicine in Stanford, California. Well-traveled, Dr. Osias was Chief Resident and completed her post-graduate training at the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynecology in London, England and the John Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Osias was Clinical Instructor and Senior Consultant at the Centre for Minimally Invasive Surgery at Stanford University and Clinical Instructor at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Stanford Endoscopy Center for Training and Technology. The next chapter of her career took Dr. Osias to Abu Dhabi, where she was the co-founder and Chief Medical Officer for the John Hopkins Medicine Abu Dhabi Health Services Company. While there, she worked under the patronage of Executive Council Member and respected member of the Abu Dhabi Royal family – Shaikh Saeed Bin Tahnoun Al Nahayan. She introduced American standards of excellence to the local women’s health services and managed the liaison office for patient referrals. Dr. Osias is committed to addressing the critical issues of obesity and aging in the United States and believes that hormonal balance and preventive care are key to optimal health. In 2004, she founded ForeViva in Palo Alto, California, a leading anti-aging and wellness clinic that’s now a referral center for the most complex weight loss cases. ForeViva provides services to prevent and treat the symptoms of aging, such as laser skin resurfacing for wrinkle and hyperpigmentation reduction, laser hair removal, B12 and B Complex injections, the Accent V Shape, bio-identical hormones, and weight loss management.
