If adjustments to the plan are warranted, we will make and implement them promptly. - Evaluating the safety of our client’s environments to prevent falls and accidents - Educating our clients and their families, to include advising them if a higher level of care is needed. A TEAM OF EXPERTS Our team members consist of professional caregivers who are licensed and experienced. Some are Registered Nurses (RN), others Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). We also have caring nurse’s aides and personal care assistants. Depending on the type and level of care needed, staff members will be assigned at the appropriate level of expertise and training needed.
