Ryan's creative life began with a decade-and-a-half long music career. After signing with a major publishing company in his early twenties he was taken on a journey - from performing internationally to collaborating with his heroes. Since becoming a father, and following the global pandemic he decided it was time to re-evaluate his life and chosen vocation. It all started with a vintage sideboard he found during lockdown. He decided to "do it up" to use in his music studio. He couldn't believe the transformation, and a new and unexpected passion was born. He soon began selling his pieces online and taking on commissions. Things have moved quickly for Ryan, and since taking part in BBC's Make It Ar Market he has began incorporating his own unique digital artwork into his furniture designs.
