Rude, extremely rude, unfriendly staff here. I came in all excited to buy/hoard my favorite chocolates but she was grumpy and unhelpful. Went to regent street branch where the staff were all so friendly and accommodating and finally bought my stash there.
+Exceptional quality of Swiss chocolates.
+Inviting atmosphere and extensive selection.

I visited a coffee shop I discovered on YouTube after seeing high praise in the reviews. It’s a charming spot that’s been around since 2012, offering a wide variety of chocolates. I had mentioned it to my companion a week ago, and she was excited to visit.
As we were passing by, she chose the classic milk hot chocolate, which she really enjoyed. Personally, I found it a bit on the sweet side, but still pleasant. Being a fan of dark chocolate, I opted for their Pitch Black hot chocolate, made with 90% cocoa. It was delicious but extremely rich—perfect for sharing, in my opinion. I could only finish about 20% of it before it became too overwhelming, so I took the rest home. Later, I added milk to it, turning it into a much milder, creamier hot chocolate, which was much easier to drink.
Overall, I’d say the chocolate was good, though somewhat standard. I think their pick-and-mix chocolate selection might be more interesting, so I’ll give that a try next time. The service was fine, though it seemed like it could get quite busy at times. At £5.50 for a hot chocolate (with an additional 50p for chocolate shavings), the pricing is reasonable for what you’re getting.
+Rich, velvety hot chocolate with unique flavor profiles.
+Excellent customer service with knowledgeable staff who are passionate about their craft.

Lovely little shop! I got the hazelnut praline drink, wasn't my favorite because it tasted watery. But the chocolate whip on top was absolutely to die for.
I forgot to bring water to take my meds and the lady at the counter gave me a glass of water. It had round ice cubes which I just loved.
Very nice staff!

This place is hidden in a small courtyard in Soho which is nice. However, i did find the flavours slightly indistinguishable, although the chocolate was of good quality. Yuzu and passionfruit were quite similar, could be better if there was a fruit compote layer within these flavours to increase its intensity.
+High-quality cocoa used in unique flavor creations.
+Impeccable service by knowledgeable staff.

The staff are uncooperative, they look at us as if we came from space. I do not recommend it. Patchi is a hundred times better. I do not recommend visiting it at all.
