Probably one of the best donut shop I’ve ever been, they have plenty of different flavours.
They also sell, drinks, coffee ☕️,chocolate ?, Ice cream ? and Cookies ?.
The price is almost 4£ for each Donut ? but worth if you looking for quality more than quantity.
Near Bank Station.
And there’s 2 lovely ladies who will help you with any question you have.

To my disappointment, I purchased a dozen doughnuts along with four of the Korean milk doughnuts, eclairs and pistachio flavoured doughnuts. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. The pistachio doughnut, in particular, bore no resemblance to authentic pistachio flavour it was simply a very sweet green icing, likely coloured to give the impression of pistachio, but completely lacking in substance. Overall, the doughnuts tasted stale and uninspired.
I had expected to be charged the advertised bundle price for the dozen, yet at the counter, the server began charging each item individually. When I politely questioned this, he appeared reluctant to acknowledge the mistake until another staff member intervened and confirmed that the bundle pricing was indeed correct. It left me wondering whether the original server had hoped to take advantage of a large order.
To add to this, I ordered an oat milk latte and was served what can only be described as a small espresso-sized portion grossly overpriced and underwhelming. The service overall was disappointing; I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Communication was difficult, as the server struggled with English, which added to the confusion and frustration.
Having spent a significant amount of money, I left feeling let down by both the product and the customer experience. I can say with certainty that I will not be returning. I would much rather spend my money at Krispy Kreme or a trusted local bakery, where quality and service are far more consistent.

For the price, the donut was not special by any means. Pretty disappointed as I heard a lot of great things about this place and love donuts.
I had the new seasonal variety of peach and sparkling rose. Maybe this was because I came around end of day, but the dough tasted not very fresh, maybe leftover from the morning.
Nothing special to warrant the 4.50£ price tag, the donuts from next door at Beigel Bake tasted fresher.
Also the middle filling was tiny! I only had a little tiny speck of the jammy filling and hardly tasted the flavour. But the icing was good.
Staff was nice, service good.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon 10.5.2025 5pm and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff (2 women) working at the time were shockingly rude and completely lacked basic customer service skills. There were no name tags visible, which made it difficult to identify who was responsible, but the team on shift was dismissive, passive-aggressive, and clearly uninterested in providing a welcoming experience.
While placing our order, one of the staff members was visibly irritated, showing attitude throughout the interaction. Not once did we receive a smile or even basic politeness – just cold, impatient responses that made us feel like we were a burden rather than customers.
The drinks we received were just as poor as the service. They were incredibly watery and completely lacked the flavour and consistency you’d expect. What was worse is that there was clearly no whipped cream left, yet instead of informing us honestly, they scraped together whatever leftovers were available and added it to the drinks, which only made them even more diluted and unpleasant. There was no apology or explanation – just a careless approach that showed no respect for quality or customer satisfaction.
It’s really disappointing to see such low standards, especially when other branches manage to uphold good service and product quality. A little communication and courtesy would have gone a long way. I won’t be returning to this location again.

I've frequented every cross town over the past 5 years. Never had a poor experience untill now.
Doughnut was stale, ice-cream had clearly defrosted and refrozen.
Took longer for the two employees to look up from there phone than it did for me to order and yet I felt like id put them out.
Lastly, for a store this size you really should have seating.
Shame.
